A theatre kid at heart, I received my Bachelors of Fine Arts at the University of Victoria in 2013 where I first developed my storytelling skills writing scripts. Currently, I work as a registered sign language interpreter, advocating for underrepresented communities. As the mother of a 3-year-old daughter, I became determined to write strong female characters that represent her and whom she could admire.
