A lifelong horror fan, Cat Callender has been writing short stories since 2022, with a focus on the macabre, suspenseful and supernatural. Like many horror authors her writing is largely inspired by Stephen King, amongst others, as well as TV and film, from the works of Hitchcock to Jordan Peele.
