Leigh wrote Promise after the story came her mind one night while laying in bed. She thought "I can't wait for someone to write that" and tried to push it off. But the story kept building until finally she sat down and wrote it out. Promise is Leigh's first book but not her last. She loves to write stories that will break your heart but put it back together again. Her characters are deep and full of relatability. When she's not writing Leigh loves being outside with her three wild boys, windows down and music turned up loud.
