"As a little girl, Talitha loved using her imagination to role play with her friends. She began writing poetry in middle school, enjoying the outlet poetry provided for her thoughts and feelings. She also enjoyed writing stories and longed to publish a novel when she grew up.



In high school, she read The Cross and the Switchblade. This biography opened her heart to the possibility that God could want an intimate friendship with her. She struggled in her friendships as a teenager, yet, as she allowed poetry to become an avenue of communication with the Lord, He drew her into an understanding of the gospel. She hopes that by publishing her poems and stories, more people can experience God's intimate love for them as individuals and cultivate their own unique friendships with Him."
