Dan and Bob explore the Harlow Woods at night, searching for the rumored "Six Altars of Blood." Is it only a myth, an urban legend...or a path into the very heart of evil?

Short in words but long in dread.
This is an excellent short story which sees two men go into the deep dark woods to find these alters which are said to exist in there.
If you're a fan of horror in general, you'll immediately know that this is a bad idea! Even though it's believed these alters are more urban legend than fact, once the men stumble upon the first one it's going to get atmospheric and tense as further discoveries unleash something dark and supernatural.
This is one of those stories that you read with lights on.

Blair Witch meets Kill List
This intense and atmospheric horror short is brimming with dread and chilling imagery. Two friends enter the woods investigating a particularly bloody piece of local folklore and get more than they bargained for. This story takes place in the same universe as EM Peck's excellent horror collection REDFALL and has me all the more excited for the upcoming sequel ASHLAND!
